Nestled among a grove of olive trees and thousands of native trees including two magnificent Pohutukawa trees, a luxurious, modern home invites you to steal away for an indulgent taste of rest, recreation and pleasure. Our unique position and privacy make a very suitable venue for small special conferences or weddings. Apart from our 4 bedrooms we can arrange services you might require including sample menus to make your function successful. While it’s only 35 minutes away by regular fast ferry to Auckland, in this gated estate, complete privacy and peace are assured. Though you’re on an estate shared by exclusive neighbouring homes, they are out of sight. Yet, you can see the ferry and yachts gliding silently below. If there’s a special occasion to celebrate and you want to invite a crowd, we can pitch a marquee on a large flat area overlooking the boat harbour.

The house and property can be hired fully furnished and serviced for a minimum 2 day period. When not utilised for functions the house had B&B accommodation available. A choice of four bedrooms each has its own bathroom and and a private patio or balcony where you can enjoy breakfast revelling in the breathtaking views. Living areas - the lounge, kitchen and dining areas - spill onto the terraces bathed in all-day sun. You can relax in the large lounge, which in winter is warmed by an open fire. Whether utilising the whole house and grounds or the B&B room option we assure a luxurious but relaxed, friendly atmosphere with the utmost privacy and discretion. We cater for independent guests who may wish to have breakfast in the privacy of their own room or terrace, or join other guests in the dining area. We provide a complementary self-service continental breakfast for our B&B guests. There are several award-winning restaurants on the island located on beautiful vineyards such as Mud brick (five minutes away by car), Stoneyridge and Te Whau. The nearby village and beach of Oneroa and environs offer many activities: wine & olive tasting and tours, award winning restaurants, cafes, art galleries and studios, and a fascinating musical Museum.
